"TAMERLAN" - a Mongolian Grill - style restaurant - is one
of the miracles of modern Moscow. "The most exotic place in Moscow" - that is
how we are called, and this is quite appropriate.
You can prepare for yourself traditional dishes including " Gushi Han", goose
"Shirican" and chicken "Bulduruc". Our chef "Hubilgan", will be happy to advise
you. There are special recipe cards to help you choose the ingredients from varieties
of meat, different vegetables and a tempting array of spices, sauces and dressings.
Of course, you can always use your imagination to select the ingredients. As a
starter, may we recommend our restaurant's speciality salad. Our home-baked bread
enhances all these exotic flavours. Afterwards why not try "Chura" cheese, another
of Tamerlaine's specialities... Food you choose yourself, using your own imagination,
cooked to your personal taste.
